Description

Hi,

Just been looking into this extension, would it be possible to add a docker image build that could be used with an existing golang docker image?

From my understanding, that is the only way to use this with an existing docker project.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/using-extensions.html

Thanks!

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests. Start by reviewing the repository's existing Go extension build and AWS Lambda integration, then determine the Docker image interface needed for an existing Go-based Docker project; done means a documented, usable image build compatible with the referenced Lambda extension model.
