"More Resources" and "A helpful community" website sections do not contain actual links

Description
These buttons are not links.
1. Browser cannot show where they go to.
2. Cannot right-click them to copy URL or open in a different tab/window.
3. Cannot middle-click them to open in a new tab.
(Strangely, Ctrl+Clicking them seems to still work as expected.)
