Description
If you have a page opened in the right side bar (via Shift + Click), and then re-index the graph, the page in the right side bar is always replaced with a seemingly random page.
For example, I have my 'Tasks' page as the only page open in the right side bar. I re-index, when re-index is complete it has been replaced with 'Christmas Present Ideas'.
Using version 0.5.1 on Windows.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on Windows with a page opened in the right sidebar via Shift + Click, then re-index the graph and observe the replacement. Done means the originally opened page remains in the right sidebar after re-indexing instead of being replaced by another page.
