### What Happened?
The CLI is missing the "Recompute graph checksum" command.
It would be helpful to run this on all my graphs in new releases.
### Reproduce the Bug
1. logseq --help
### Expected Behavior

Research direction
Start by running `logseq --help` and comparing the available CLI commands with the GUI commands to identify the missing graph-checksum operation. Done means the CLI exposes a command for recomputing graph checksums, including the ability to run it across all graphs as requested.
