### What Happened?
zooming in and out of the bullets cause the bullets to flicker. This does not happen when the bullets are turned into pages using #page tag. but its not possible to turn every bullet into pages this way to avoid this flickering/jumping.
### Reproduce the Bug
1. zoom into any collapsed bullet
2. zoom out by clicking back button
3. the bullets jumps
### Expected Behavior
The bullet UI should not flicker or jump around during common interactions.

Research direction
Reproduce the flicker in the Logseq Desktop Nightly release by zooming into a collapsed bullet and clicking back to zoom out. Compare this with bullets converted to pages using the #page tag. Done means the bullet UI no longer flickers or jumps during zoom and back navigation.
