DB Version: can not delete pages

### What Happened?

Trying to delete journal or other pages fails with the following error logged.

### Reproduce the Bug

1. Go to a page. Context menu on the title. Choose 'Delete page'
2. Another path. Go to Pages section, in the table select multiple pages. Click delete icon. Error is logged, pages are not deleted.

Reproduce deletion through the page title context menu and the Pages table, then inspect the :thread-api/apply-outliner-ops entry point and the :delete-page operation. Use the logged transaction data around the Recycle page and the “Page can't have block as parent” error to trace the failure. Done means single and multi-page deletion complete without this error.
