Window minimising doesn't work on Mac `Command + M`

### What Happened?

minimising a window, ie with `Command + M` doesnt seem to work with Logseq DB. I tried to reset the hotkey (it has a different function in the keymap and got this error)

This was done on a fresh install of Logseq 2.0.1 on macOS Tahoe 26.5.2, with an empty graph.

### Reproduce the Bug

1. Make sure the Logseq windows is active, and the menu bar show logseq next to the Apple Logo
2. Press `Command + M` on your keyboard. The window should not minimise.
3. Hit `Command + ,` to open logseq settings
4. Scroll to keybinds and then filter by keybind `Command + M`
5. It should be used by 'Open publish dialogue for current page'
6. Try to clear it by clicking on the keybind and hitting `Backspace`
7. It should give you a write error in config/config.edn, saying it doesnt exist

Even if you navigate to settings and click `edit config.edn`, in an attempt to create the file to mitigate the file not found error, it still does not cause the keybind issue to be solvable.

### Expected Behavior

The window should minimise into the dock when i press `Command + M`, like all macOS apps.

Start by reproducing the Command+M behavior on macOS Tahoe with Logseq DB 2.0.1 and an empty graph. Inspect the Command+M keybind for “Open publish dialogue for current page” and the mentioned config/config.edn editing path. Done means Command+M minimizes the window and clearing the conflicting binding no longer produces a config file write error.
