Deleting a flashcard #card tag while looking at the flashcard crashes the logseq UI
### Reproduce the Bug
1.- Create a new flashcard using the "#card" tag
2.- Go to flashcards and look at the created flashcard
3.- Move the mouse over the card tag
4.- Delete the card tag
