Hook query interceptors into the ingest pipeline
Query interceptors may need to be aware of data as it comes in - e.g. if replacing "foo = 'bar'" to "baz = 'blu'", the interceptor would need to track valid values for "baz". Hook the interceptors into the ingest logic - this needs to be handled through both feature writers and bulk ingest (m/r).
