Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported pandas to_csv upload after calling enable_local_endpoints(), using the LocalStack S3 setup and the aiobotocore InvalidAccessKeyId traceback as the entry point. No project files or tests are named; done means the upload succeeds against LocalStack without the credentials error.
