Description
At C19 and C20, each V- should also have a 100nF capacitor.
I also can't find bypass capacitors for IC6 or IC21 of buffers (IC3-IC5,IC7, IC8, IC10-14). Bypass is particularly important for digital ICs.
IC22 should have a bulk capacitor at the +5V input, also.
