Add outputs to recommend GPU usage

Some estimateion can be massively accelerated using GPUs - eg. for LANs or the aDDM approach. Would be good to add language to the user to recommend using GPU when it detects they are using one of these, as they may not be aware if/when they might be able to accelerate via GPU

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating where HSSM reports model or estimation choices, then identify how LAN and aDDM usage is detected; done means users receive a GPU recommendation for applicable estimation methods without unrelated cases being prompted.
