Description

LM Studio detects only 1 CPU on dual CPU server (2x AMD Epyc 9124).
Dual CPU issue persist on both Win11 Pro and Linux Ubuntu.
Dual CPU is detected by both OS, and Llamacpp can utilize both CPU.

Months ago, it detected dual CPU for a few minutes (Win11), but then glitched and from then on, only 1 CPU can be used. Performed reinstall, but that didn't solved issue.

Also, please add the support for AVX-512 instruction extension.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the CPU detection behavior in LM Studio on the reported dual AMD Epyc 9124 server under Win11 Pro and Ubuntu, comparing it with llama.cpp. Done means both CPUs are detected and usable consistently, with the requested AVX-512 support status addressed.
