Description

Clear llama.cpp with ROCm library work correct
In LMS in Hardware section GPU not detected (not as ROCm, not as Vulcan)
LMS in Runtime section always need download CPU llama.cpp (Windows), ROCm llama.cpp (Windows), Vulkan llama.cpp (Windows), after push buttons to download. After full download and install GPU still not detected and after 10~15 seconds Runtime show as need download again

Try Stable and Beta LMS, try Stable and Beta Runtime and try any combination, nothing help

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the behavior in LM Studio's Hardware and Runtime sections on Windows 11 with a gfx120X GPU and Adrenalin 26.5.2, checking the ROCm, Vulkan, and CPU runtime downloads. Done means identifying why the GPU is not detected and why installed runtimes return to a download state.
