Description

I am using umap to plot labeled data.
In particular, I am using umap.UMAP().fit, and I would like to access the coordinates of the points I plot (using umap.plot.points). How can I do so?

Thank you to anyone that can help me with this.

Research direction

The question names umap.UMAP().fit and umap.plot.points; start by checking the UMAP fit API and plotting documentation. Confirm how fitted point coordinates are exposed and explain the access path, with a small usage example if the existing documentation supports one.
