Description

Hi,

Many thanks for such great package and documentation!

I was hoping if your could provide a demo (or demos) on how to leverage the information provided by the outputs associated with parameter "output_dens" found in umap.UMAP function.

Many thanks,

Ivan

Research direction

Start with the umap.UMAP function and its output_dens parameter to determine which outputs need explanation and how they are intended to be used. Review the existing documentation or demo structure, then consider the work complete when a runnable demo clearly shows how to interpret and leverage those outputs.
