Description
Hi, we have implemented UMAP in Java and also provide API for Scala, Kotlin and Clojure. Can you please add a link on your github/website to our project so that JVM users can find it? Thanks a lot!.
The project website is at http://haifengl.github.io/api/java/smile/manifold/UMAP.html
Some examples can be found at http://haifengl.github.io/manifold.html#umap
And JavaDoc is at http://haifengl.github.io/api/java/smile/manifold/UMAP.html
Besides UMAP, we also have implemented IsoMap, LLE, Laplacian Eigenmap, and t-SNE. UMAP does work better in many cases!
