Description
1) In the querying operation have the option of the k-NN of the same class as the query_data.
2) An option that allow you execute the querying operation over the same data (query_data = data) avoiding calculating distances between them selfs (distance = 0).
This will be of great help finding target neighbors in LMNN (large margin nearest neighbors).

Research direction
Start by locating the querying operation and its handling of query_data and data; the issue does not name a file, entry point, or test. Determine how same-class k-NN selection and querying the source data should be represented, then add coverage showing both requested options work without self-distance calculations.
