Start with routellm/controller.py and follow its import of routellm.routers.routers, then inspect routellm/routers/matrix_factorization/model.py and routellm/routers/similarity_weighted/utils.py where OPENAI_CLIENT is initialized. Reproduce the import-time traceback and determine the expected behavior when OPENAI_API_KEY is configured before Controller is created; done means the basic example no longer fails at import.
