Can I use Azure open AI

I am trying to use azure openai but I got this error.
raise OpenAIError(
openai.OpenAIError: The api_key client option must be set either by passing api_key to the client or by setting the OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable
Also can we use multiple models instead of only two strong and weak model?
