Description
When I used the OpenAI's API to access Vicuna, I noticed that there was a rate limit, but I didn't know exactly what the rate limit was, so I try thousands of times to find a suitable value.
I really don't know how to set the values of max_requests_per_minute and max_tokens_per_minute.
Thanks for your contributions and, is there any exact rate limitations?

Research direction
The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. First determine where max_requests_per_minute and max_tokens_per_minute are configured and verify the exact Vicuna API rate limits; done means documenting how to set both values and what limits they represent.
