Research direction

Start by locating the VS Code configuration handling for the mlir.server_path setting and reproduce the issue with ${workspaceFolder}/build/bin/standalone-lsp-server in settings.json. Compare this with an absolute path; done means the workspace-relative value resolves and launches the MLIR server successfully.
