Hi all,
I'm working on adding the aten.upsample_bilinear2d.vec op as shown in #986. The source in PyTorch is found here: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/blob/master/aten/src/ATen/native/cpu/UpSampleKernel.cpp. Would the lowering be added in TorchToLinalg.cpp?
