Description

It seems the build has only produced packages for one day (27th) and only for amd64, not aarch64. I don't mind having only one day until we fix in torch-mlir, but would be good to have both x86 and arm, so I can update lighthouse with it.

Research direction

Review the release automation and the linked lighthouse pull request #244 first; the issue does not name a file or test. Confirm why only the 27th amd64 package was produced, then verify that packages are produced for both amd64 and aarch64.
