Description
Several wave intrinsics fails on Metal due to metal-shaderconverter not supporting 64bit wave ops.
List of tests that fails:
QuadReadAcrossDiagonal.int64.testQuadReadAcrossX.int64.testQuadReadAcrossY.int64.testWavePrefixProduct.int64.testWavePrefixSum.int64.testWaveReadLaneAt.Int.64.test
stdout:

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failures in the listed QuadRead, WavePrefix, and WaveReadLaneAt int64 tests and confirm the metal-shaderconverter diagnostic. Trace how these tests are run for Metal, then determine what project change would make the affected tests pass or otherwise define the expected handling of the unsupported 64-bit wave operations.
