Description
Lavapipe is installed in the AMD and QC runners, and it is an important runner in our test suite. However, there is no tooling in place to make sure it is being kept up to date. We need to come up with some procedure or tooling to make sure we are updating it accordingly. For AMD this is simpler since Lavapipe releases binaries that are compatible with it. For QC we need to build the driver from scratch since there is no ARM binary being released.

Research direction
Start by inspecting how Lavapipe is installed and maintained on the AMD and QC runners. Compare the AMD binary path with the QC from-source build, then define a repeatable update procedure or tooling and verify that both runners use current drivers.
