Code block on new docs theme is unreadable

On mobile with dark mode in chrome, the [building llvm with cmake](https://llvm.org/docs/CMake.html) doc has unreadable code blocks. See attached image. Not sure if the form should be dark, or the code block should be dark, but the lack of contrast between the two makes it unreadable.
