Request Commit Access For nkotikal

I have been contributing for the last couple months to LLVM focusing on AMDGPU and register allocation in backend. I would like to contribute much more substantially to these areas going forward and would like to request commit access to assign reviewers and merge approved PRs.

I have also recently reviewed several others' PRs in CodeGen and would like to continue to develop my ability in reviewing patches and contributing. Would like commit access so that I can be requested as a reviewer, suggest changes, and create approval reviews.
