MacOS + Rust/Wasm : linking with `rust-lld` failed: signal: 10 (SIGBUS)

- only happens to me on my Macbook, not on the Ubuntu Github runner
- only happens for the target wasm32-unknown-unknown
- is caused/introduced by using the chumsky library, which is known for introducing a huge number of symbols with long names: https://codeberg.org/zesterer/chumsky
- is fixed by stripping debug information (`rustflags = ["-C", "debuginfo=1"]`)
