Description
This is a top level issue for the inline SPIR-V implementation in Clang.
We need to port and implement all inline-spirv intrinsics supported in [DXC](https://github.com/microsoft/DirectXShaderCompiler/wiki/Inline-SPIR%E2%80%90V#summary-of-hlsl-attributes-types-and-functions).
