[GitHub] Notification bot didn't add labels/notifications on change of `clang-tools-extra/docs`

In PR https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/167269, file was added to `‎clang-tools-extra/docs/clang-tidy/checks/` (or simply `clang-tools-extra/docs`) but notification bot didn't automatically add labels or made notifications.
The `llvmbot` should label such PRs correctly, we probably need to adjust filepath regexes.

(I think this issue should be pretty simple to fix, making it now to not forget about)

Review PR 167269 and the llvmbot filepath regexes, focusing on paths under clang-tools-extra/docs and clang-tools-extra/docs/clang-tidy/checks/. Confirm that matching pull requests receive the expected labels and notifications after the regexes are adjusted.
