Description
This came out of Euro LLVM 2024 newcomer improvement roundtable
Problem is that getting toy tutorial to run is hard.
Toy tutorial could be self-contained in a separate repository; s.t. it is obvious how to do self-contained enlist, build and run it, w/o guessing. Result would be a new repository with a documentation somewhere that starts with enlisting into LLVM and finishes with running chapter one of tutorial.

Research direction
No specific file or test is named. Start by locating the existing MLIR Toy tutorial and its current enlist, build, and run instructions, then compare that path with the requested standalone flow. Done means a separate repository exists with documentation that starts with enlisting into LLVM and ends with running chapter one.
