Description
People is seeing plots of [similarity](https://bioinformatics.stackexchange.com/q/6892/48). It would be nice to have one in the "About BioCor" vignette
Probably it could replace a matrix on [this section](http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/vignettes/BioCor/inst/doc/BioCor_1_basics.html#42_pathway_similarities)
