Description
CI was not passing in [PR 1377](https://github.com/LLNL/serac/pull/1377) until building with continuation solvers was disabled in a gpu build of serac. I have disabled that [here](https://github.com/LLNL/serac/pull/1377/commits/a04dd26e67ee19ee7987e94bfad929a066daba33) in order that CI tests can pass but this is a limitation that we'd like to avoid.
