Description
To help reduce the size of the context window, it would be a good idea to implement RAG support. We should probably have a config-enabled RAG system so that users can essentially drag and drop their RAGs into MADA.
We should speak with the ORCA team at LLNL about this. Mike Stees has done some work involving a Chroma DB backed RAG so he's also a good POC for this.
