Create a Tutorial for Each Orchestration Mode

Description
We'll have 3 orchestration modes soon: agent-as-tool, magentic, and sequential. Each of these should have a tutorial (agent-as-tool may not need one as it's the default).
These should show:
1. Setting the orchestration mode in the configuration file
2. Starting MADA
3. An example interaction showcasing the orchestration mode that's selected
4. Quitting MADA
