Description

This should show:

1. Seeing the servers available with `mada-tools available-servers`
2. Constructing a basic configuration file containing two MCP servers (Vertex CFD & Flux?)
3. Starting the servers with `mada-tools start-servers`
4. Checking their status with `mada-tools servers-status`
5. Using the `simple_agent_loop.py` file to interact with the servers
6. Stop the servers with `mada-tools stop-servers`

Research direction

Start by locating the existing documentation, the mada-tools command entry points, and simple_agent_loop.py. Document the six requested steps, including a basic configuration with the intended two MCP servers, and verify that readers can list, start, inspect, use, and stop the servers.
