Integration tests between base server and actual servers

As the title states, all of our MCP servers need integration tests between themselves and their parent `BaseMCPServer` class. The Vertex CFD and Maestro servers have good starts to this but they can both likely be expanded on.

Start by reading the existing integration-test coverage for the Vertex CFD and Maestro servers, then inspect how each server connects to BaseMCPServer. Extend that approach to the remaining MCP servers and verify that every server has integration tests covering its interaction with the parent class.
