Description
https://software.llnl.gov/visualize/#repo-licenses
https://software.llnl.gov/radiuss/about/ (I have not created an issue on the RADIUSS repo for this)
Reported by Mark M: _I am pretty sure what is happening is that the repos for those projects have created a LICENSE file at the root of the repo that DOES NOT conform to the standard format GitHub is expecting. So, it doesn’t properly recognize those licenses and our pages show them as “Other”._
We could ask the affected projects to fix this and update our license and copyright instructions to explain it.
Example of PR to update Ascent's license: https://github.com/Alpine-DAV/ascent/pull/1574 (moves the copyright and LLNL code release info into the copyright file)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked software visualization and RADIUSS pages to identify projects whose licenses appear as “Other,” then compare their repository license files with GitHub’s expected format. Use the Ascent pull request as the provided example and define done as corrected affected-project data plus updated license and copyright instructions, if those changes are in scope.
