Description
Add a parallel test runner, to start testing functionality that can really only be tested in parallel. A one-process version of this sort of thing is easy. An arbitrary-process version can use a patched up version of https://github.com/LLNL/gtest-mpi-listener.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the requested parallel test-runner behavior and the referenced LLNL/gtest-mpi-listener project. Define how both one-process and arbitrary-process execution should work; done means parallel functionality can be tested through the new runner.
