Description
- expand blueprint index to take options node
- add option for new map-based bp index (supports all cases including AMR)
- add options to compute more metadata
- extents (for coordsets and fields)
- number of elements
- sizes (total strided bytes per MPI task, and total bytes per field, etc)
We want these metadata cases to be optional b/c they involve examining problem-sized arrays
