Description

https://github.com/LLNL/blt/blob/74d4e534dea3c8fa7bfa4c6f9d17eb37a1230c7e/cmake/SetupCompilerOptions.cmake#L206

Research direction

Start at cmake/SetupCompilerOptions.cmake around line 206 and review the existing RPATH settings. Reproduce a build using static product libraries with shared TPLs, then verify at runtime that the linked shared libraries are found without extra manual RPATH settings.
