Description
Right now we only issue one style version difference warning on a global basis. It could happen that people are violating style versions in multiple tools (clangformat, yapf, and cmakeformat) and BLT would only issue one warning in the first one that violated.

Research direction
Start by locating BLT's global style-version warning handling and the checks for clangformat, yapf, and cmakeformat. Trace how the first version mismatch is reported, then verify that mismatches from each violating tool can be reported independently.
