Description

We are setting the global property, CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH, if BUILD_SHARED_LIBS is set to true but not the target property, INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH, when an individual library is shared.

Research direction

Search the CMake logic that handles BUILD_SHARED_LIBS and CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH, then inspect how per-target properties are applied to individually shared libraries. Done means INSTALL_RPATH_USE_LINK_PATH is handled for those targets and the behavior is verified by the project's existing checks.
