Description
Add tunings that use different memory for the small arrays in kernels like Apps_FIR and Basic_ARRAY_OF_PTRS. For example with cuda/hip add parameter, global, constant, and shared options to compare performance.

Research direction
Start by locating the Apps_FIR and Basic_ARRAY_OF_PTRS kernels and their existing CUDA/HIP tunings. Review how tunings expose memory choices, then compare parameter, global, constant, and shared options; done means the options are implemented and their performance can be measured consistently.
