We are missing SYCL variants for the following kernels in the Basic group:
- [ ] INDEXLIST
- [ ] INDEXLIST_3LOOP
- [ ] MULTI_REDUCE
- [ ] REDUCE_STRUCT
Add Base_SYCL and RAJA_SYCL variants of these kernels.
