Description

From Rob Managan:

A low priority command request. At times it is useful to convert a spectrum from intensive to extensive. That is whether the bin values are divided by the bin width or not.

So this would only be valid if it is a histogram curve (x values 1 longer than y values). Now what to call it is another issue. Extensive2intensive is too long and those words are not intuitive to users. I am not sure what is.

Just wanted to mention it before forgetting about it.
