Description
The links to the datasets in the README seems to be broken.
https://github.com/LLNL/MTNN/blob/c05a74c670d9d5a40160159ce17cb1a01cabd5b8/README.md?plain=1#L46-L48
If I click on the first link I get this page:
If I try to use `wget`, it downloads a 4.40 KB broken tar archive:
```bash
Saving '_2_1.tar'
HTTP response 200 OK [https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/object/bb1852369g/_2_1.tar]
_2_1.tar 100% [=============================>] 4.40K --.-KB/s
[Files: 1 Bytes: 4.40K [3.08KB]
```
If I open the second link (https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/object/bb1852369g/_2_1.tar) in firefox, I'm able to download the archive.
I don't know why, but, when using this link, the download often gets stuck. After 4/5 tries it managed to complete.

Research direction
Open README.md at lines 46-48 and inspect the two dataset URLs, then reproduce the reported wget and browser behavior. Done means the README points to working dataset downloads and the links can be verified without the reported broken archive behavior.
