Description

Currently tests assume a fixed compute capability of sm_65. We should provide a mechanism to determine the compute capability dynamically (when tests are run).

Research direction

Start by locating the tests and configuration that assume the fixed sm_65 compute capability, then inspect how the test environment exposes the available CUDA device capability. Done means tests determine the compute capability at runtime rather than relying on sm_65.
