Description

When I tried the 3dcnn pytorch version, can't reproduce the perasonr mentioned in the paper. The training performance on refine_minus_core set is 0.95(pearsonr), the test performance on core set is 0.59(pearsonr). Any suggestions?

Research direction

Start from the PyTorch 3dcnn version and compare its training on the refine_minus_core set and testing on the core set with the paper's reported Pearson correlations. No files or tests are named; done means identifying the source of the discrepancy or documenting why the reported results cannot be reproduced.
